How do I get help with using T-Square?

The best way to get help with T-Square is to select the 'Help' button at the bottom left-hand corner of any T-Square worksite page. This will take you to a pop-up window with links to both internal help documents and Georgia Tech specific help resources.

Here are a few of the more popular self-help tools that Georgia Tech has made available to T-Square users:

• The T-Square On-line Help Files
• Georgia Tech T-Square Instructor manual (PDF file created 5/14/07)
• Automated Web Browser Diagnostics

If you still need help with your problem, you can request assistance through these means:

• Submit a Remedy Service Ticket as you would for any technical issue.
• Call the OIT Support Center at 404-894-7173
