Web Browser Help

T-Square should work with most web browsers that were released in the last year or two, but as with all web applications, compatability with any particular brower cannot be 100% guaranteed.  The following browsers are known to work well for the version numbers listed, and the T-Square support team will attempt to provide support for them with exceptions as noted:


Firefox (21.x or newer)
Available for Windows (8 / 7 / Vista), Mac OS X (10.6+), and Linux Platforms
Internet Explorer (9 or newer)
Available for Windows (8 / 7 / Vista) Platforms
Safari (6.0 or newer)
Available for Mac OS X Platforms
Works reasonably well, but may have slight compatibility issues
Windows version (latest 5.1.7) may work, but not officially supported
Chrome (25 or newer)
Available for Windows (8 / 7 / Vista), Mac OS X (10.6+), and Linux Platforms
Has same issues as Safari
Opera (12.0 or newer)
Available for Windows (8 / 7 / Vista), Mac OS X (10.6+), Linux, and FreeBSD Platforms
Very limited support available; Try Firefox or Chrome if you run into issues with Opera

If you are having trouble opening certain types of files, you may need a Web Browser Plug-in to support viewing that type of content.

If your browser is running really slowly and/or doing strange things, you may need to run a Spyware / Malware Removal Tool.
